Your data stays yours

Everything you put into HoofSpectrum belongs to you. You can take it with you, delete it, and keep everyone else out.

Take everything with you

Ask for an export, and when it is ready you get an email with a link. You get every client, horse, booking and assessment along with your photos, in a file you can open without us. The link works for 24 hours.

Deleted by mistake?

Clients, horses and assessments you delete go to the trash and stay there for 30 days. Change your mind and bring them back. After 30 days, or when you empty the trash, they are gone for good.

Leaving us?

You can delete your account in the settings. It is deleted after 30 days, and if you regret it, you just log in and restore it before then.

Keep others out

On the phone the app can lock itself after a while, and you open it with Face ID, your fingerprint or the phone’s code. You can also turn on two step login with a code app.

Your language, light or dark

The app works in English and Swedish, and so do the reports and the emails to your clients. Choose a light or a dark look.
