Your records are yours
Client names, horses, assessments and photos are sensitive. Here is, in plain words, how they are protected and what you can do with them yourself.
On your phone
Everything you save is stored in an encrypted database on the phone. The key is kept in the phone's own secure key store (Keychain on iPhone, Keystore on Android), not in the app. You can also have the app lock itself after a while, so that it opens again only with Face ID, your fingerprint or the phone's code.
On the way
Everything the app sends to our servers is encrypted in transit. Nothing travels as plain text.
On the server
Your records are stored on servers in the EU. Every record belongs to your account, and the database itself refuses to show it to anyone else. It does not rely on the app behaving.
Signing in
You can turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app, so that a password alone is not enough to get into your account.
You stay in control
Export everything you have put in, whenever you want. Something you delete is kept for 30 days so that you can restore it, and is then removed for good. You can delete your whole account from inside the app.
Documents
The details, who processes what, where and for how long, are in the privacy policy, the terms and the data processing agreement.
