1. Service
HoofSpectrum is a hoof-evaluation and booking app for hoof care professionals and veterinarians.
2. Who may use the service
HoofSpectrum is a professional tool. It is intended for hoof care professionals, veterinarians and others who work with hoof care, used in the course of their work. It is not intended for consumers or for private use.
To create an account you must be at least 18 years old and use the service in your professional capacity. By creating an account you confirm that both of these are true.
3. Subscription
The service requires an active subscription, purchased and managed outside the app.
4. Acceptable use
- You may only enter data about real customers and horses with their knowledge
- You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app
- You may not use the app for illegal purposes
- You may not attempt to circumvent the service's technical limits, make automated requests intended to load the service, or try to access data that is not yours
We apply technical limits — among them caps on emails, uploads and data exports per day — and log usage so that abuse can be detected. We reserve the right to temporarily restrict or suspend an account that breaches the points above, with prior warning where possible.
A suspension does not affect your right to obtain or delete your data. Those rights follow from the GDPR and cannot be waived by agreement.
5. Liability
HoofSpectrum is provided "as is" with no warranty. We are not liable for clinical decisions based on the app's evaluations — final clinical judgment is yours.
6. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
If you delete your account, the subscription ends when the current billing period runs out. No further payments are taken, and remaining time in the period is not refunded. How to delete your account is described on the account deletion page.
