Next visit booked before you drive off
A calendar made for rounds, not meetings. Book on the phone in the yard, and the owner hears from you without you writing a word.
Book where it suits you
In the yard you book the next visit straight from the assessment or from the client. Soon you can book at home on the computer too, with the whole month or week in front of you and a click on a free time.
The owner is kept in the loop
When you book, the owner gets a confirmation by email, and a reminder 24 hours before the visit. Both are on from the start, and you can turn them off for a single booking.
If you cancel, the owner is told as well. On the phone you get a few seconds to change your mind before that email goes out.
In your phone’s calendar too
Your visits can show up in the phone’s own calendar, next to everything else in your life, and the app can warn you when a time clashes with something there.
One visit, several horses
A booking can cover several horses at the same client, and a visit can run over more than one day. Upcoming, past and cancelled visits each have their own list.
