An evaluation is one visit to one horse. You work through the four hooves one at a time, then fill in what applies to the whole horse.
Start the evaluation
From a booking, tap “Start evaluation”. Without a booking, tap “Create” and choose “New evaluation”, or open the horse and tap “New evaluation”.
One hoof at a time
Under “Hooves” you see the four hooves: “Left front (LF)”, “Right front (RF)”, “Left hind (LH)” and “Right hind (RH)”. Tap one to open it.
Each hoof has a slider from 1 to 9 for “Frog/Spine”, “Sole”, “Heels”, “Bars”, “Quarters”, “Toe” and “Cartilages/Digital cushion”. The plus and minus buttons step one at a time when the slider is hard to hit with cold fingers. A field you have not touched stays empty, which is not the same as a 1.
“Pulse” and “Hoof testers” are set from 0 to 3. Write anything else under “Notes”.
Tap “Save → next hoof” to go on to the next one, or “Save” when you are done.
Markup and photos
Each hoof has a drawing of the sole. Tap “Edit” to draw on it. Mark a crack or an area to watch while you still remember where it was.
Photos you take on a hoof’s page are attached to that hoof. Open a photo and choose “Draw on photo” to mark it, or “Move to hoof…” if it ended up on the wrong one.
The whole horse
Back on the overview, fill in what applies to the whole horse, for example “Body score (1-9)”, “Qualified Spectrum Rating (1-9)”, “Treatment recommendations”, “Product recommendations” and “Next appointment”.
Finish
When you are ready, tap “Sign and send”. The guide on signing and sending the report takes it from there.
Start over or delete
“Start over” clears scores and notes but keeps the photos. “Delete draft” moves the evaluation to the trash, where it stays for 30 days before it is deleted for good.
