Everything in the app hangs off a client: their horses, the bookings and the evaluations. Start there.
Add a client
Tap “Create” and choose “New customer”, or start under “Clients”. Fill in “Name” and at least one of “Email” and “Phone”. The app will not save without one of them. An address is optional.
The email address is what booking confirmations and reports are sent to, so it is worth getting right.
Add the client’s horses
Open the client and tap “Add horse”. Only “Name” is required; breed, gender, birth year, color, height, weight and chip number can be filled in when you know them. Tap “Save”.
A client can have as many horses as they like. From the client’s page you can also go straight to “Book a visit”.
The horse’s page
The horse’s page collects everything about it: “About the horse”, “Development” over earlier visits and every evaluation under “Evaluations”. “New evaluation” starts one directly, without a booking.
When a horse changes owner
Open the horse and choose “Change owner” in the menu, pick the new client and tap “Move”. Evaluations you have already made stay with the client they were made for. The new owner’s reports start from the move.
Deleting, and getting it back
“Delete” on a client or a horse can be undone for a few seconds with “UNDO”. After that, it is in “Trash” under “Settings” for 30 days, and you can restore it from there. Deleting a client takes the client’s horses and evaluations to the trash with it.
